All prices are in Canadian Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes at the current rates. The total cost of your order is the price + applicable taxes + delivery charges specified in the online check-out process on the website. Orders may only be placed through the web secure online PayPal shopping cart. All major credit and debit cards and bank transfers are accepted. No PayPal account is required. In the event that your debit/credit card is not validated or authorised, no contract will be concluded between us and we will not be liable in contract, tort or any other type of liability for any damages you may sustain. Upon receipt of your order we will select and dispatch the specified product and send you an email confirming the description, price and dispatch date of your order. This confirmation will be sent to the reply email address supplied during the ordering process. If the specified product is out of stock, you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Freyr-Wolf Galley website.
How long will it take for
my order to be processed?
What is your Returns Policy? We try to provide an accurate and adequate description of all products sold on the Freyr-Wolf Gallery to ensure the purchaser is fully informed prior to any sale and therefore happy with their purchase. However, if the goods arrive damaged or the buyer is not satisfied, items may be returned subject to the following conditions. Please return the items in their original packaging within 21 days of the date of delivery, clearing stating the reason for the goods being returned. Please inform us before you return an item. Unless the items arrive to the buyer damaged, a full refund of the purchase price (not incl. your post and packaging costs) will be refunded only if the goods are returned to us in new, resalable condition. If the items arrived to the buyer damaged, Freyr-Wolf Gallery will mail new items at no extra cost to the buyer provided the original items are returned or a digital photograph of the damage is forwarded to us. Please note that the purchaser pays all shipping and handling costs involved if goods are returned unless otherwise stated. How do I cancel an order? Orders may be cancelled via email at any point up until we send you a dispatch confirmation. What taxes are included? Freyr-Wolf Gallery is based in Nova Scotia, Canada. All items, postage and packaging on this web site are therefore subject to HST (13%) when shipped to an address within Canada. Our charges also do not include any non-Canadian federal or state taxes or duties; payment of these is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. What shipping method is used? Goods will be shipped via Canada Post. Cards will be sent via Canada Post Lettermail or Registered Delivery depending on the pre-tax price.
