All prices are in Canadian Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes at the current rates. The total cost of your order is the price + applicable taxes + delivery charges specified in the online check-out process on the website.

All major credit and debit cards and bank transfers are accepted. No PayPal account is required.

In the event that your debit/credit card is not validated or authorised, no contract will be concluded between us and we will not be liable in contract, tort or any other type of liability for any damages you may sustain.

Upon receipt of your order we will select and dispatch the specified product and send you an email confirming the description, price and dispatch date of your order. This confirmation will be sent to the reply email address supplied during the ordering process. If the specified product is out of stock, you will be notified by email.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Freyr-Wolf Galley website.

Any personal information you provide when placing an order will be used by Freyr-Wolf Gallery only to process and complete your order. We will also use your contact details to answer any queries or reply to any feedback we receive from you. You agree that you do not object to us using this information appropriately. Your personal information will be destroyed after 6 months. The personal information collected by us will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior knowledge and consent except where requested by law or a legal process and in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Act, 2000, Bill Number 61 which can be found on the Government of Nova Scotia Legislature website.

Payments to Freyr-Wolf Gallery are made through PayPal. PayPal has its own personal information policy governing the collection, dissemination and disposal of your personal information gathered whilst purchasing from our website. We would recommend that you are familiar with this policy before completing any transaction.

You agree to fully indemnify us from and against any claims, liability, damages, losses and costs arising out of the use by any person, including yourself, accessing this website using your personal information.
